Our unique packaging and preservation methods means that all our meals come with a 2 year shelf life from manufacturing and don't need any refrigeration!
On Track Heat & Eat is made in Brisbane and is 100% Australian owned. We source the best fresh ingredients and ensure that everything that goes into the meal is fresh. No chemicals. No numbers. No gimmicks. Just shelf stable, healthy, fresh food for your next trip away!

Lani is our food Queen! Coming from a background in retail, Lani spends her days working out the best way to get healthy, delicious food to remote parts of the world. Working closely with our local teams, Lani is the person you can thank when enjoying amazing meals on all of our expeditions.
Richard James is a co-founder of On Track Expeditions and has ten years of experience as a guide on the Kokoda Track. He is also a filmmaker and writer. His book 'Australia's War With France' is a study of the Australian military campaign in Syria and Lebanon in 1941. It was shortlisted for the 2017 Australian/Vogel literary award.
Ian Lumb, Owner
Ian currently heads up our sales and operations team. He has worked in the outdoor education industry for over a decade with both private companies and Victoria University. His role as a teacher and his time working with students and adults of all ages in the outdoors means Ian is a wealth of knowledge when working in the outdoors. With multiple expeditions on the Kokoda Track, and all over the world, Ian brings a fun and loveable guide to every expedition.
